Shipping Instructions
On Target Professionals will receive your shipments up to 45 days prior to
set-up date and will bring your items to the show, and directly to your booth.
Late shipments will be subject to a late arrival fee. All shipments must be
shipped prepaid through our discount shipping program (866-444-2686) or you own
carrier. NO COLLECT SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Inbound Material Handling Schedule and Rates
Rates include: unloading and delivering shipments to your booth, removal and
storage of boxes that are empty, and the return of boxes at the close of show.
Shipments that require ground loading, side door loading, constricted space
loading, stacked shipments, mixed shipments without delivery receipts, shipments
that are not wrapped, uncrated, or unskidded will be assessed an additional
charge. Separate shipments will not be combined.
A 200 lb. min charge will be assessed for each shipment.
Example 1, you shipped two boxes from one origin (UPS) each weighing 75 lbs. and
the package arrives as one shipment, this entire shipment will result in the
minimum 200 lb. charge. Example 2, you shipped the same 2 boxes (UPS) each at 75
lbs. The packages arrive separately, at 2 different times; this will result in 2
– 200 lb. minimum charges.
Be sure to request that your carrier delivers your shipments at the same time.
NOTE: Billed weight is based on incoming weight, whether the above services are
used completely or in part. The weight is rounded up to the next 100 lbs. with a
200 lb. minimum charge, and is taken from the inbound BOL. Shipments arriving
without a specified weight on the BOL will be assigned at an approximate weight.
Inbound Bill of Lading - All shipments must have a bill of lading displaying
number of pieces, type of merchandise and weight.
Shipments without this will be delivered to the exhibit booth with no guarantee
of piece count or condition.
We accept no liability for these kinds of shipments.
Limits of Liability
All shipments should be insured by the exhibitor. After shipments are placed in
the booth, On Target Professionals will not be responsible for conditions,
count, or content. On Target Professionals will not be responsible for damage to
uncrated or unskidded exhibit material or for any concealed damage. All exhibits
or exhibit materials handled by the drayage contractor are insured at a value
not to exceed thirty cents ($0.30) per pound and not to exceed a maximum of one
hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per claim. We are not responsible for goods or
materials stored with empty containers.
Small Packages - This includes shipments received in cartons/envelopes weighing
less than 30 lbs. per shipment without documentation. These will be delivered to
your booth (No guarantee of piece count or condition).
Outbound Shipping
For your outbound parcel and freight, we offer several options to fit your needs
based on how you need to ship your items. For all shipments going out, please
complete a "Shipment Request" form. If we provided your inbound service, you may
leave your shipment in the booth with the forms completed and we will process it
after the show (additional fees may apply for shipments not properly packaged).
You may also bring your small parcel shipments to the Shipping Area for
preparation and delivery to the carrier. There will be a handling fee for this
service. Freight will not be accepted or delivered without proper payment
information on file. Parcel carriers will not accept shipments at the show.
Outbound Material Handling Schedule and Rates
This charge includes removal of freight from booth and loading on outbound
carrier at the loading dock. An Outbound Bill of Lading must be filled out and
turned in before boxes are transferred to the loading dock. Shipments that
require ground loading, side door loading, constricted space loading, stacked
shipments, mixed shipments without delivery receipts, shipments that are not
wrapped, uncrated, or unskidded will be assessed an additional charge. Special
Services - Shipments returned to warehouse will be charged based on the outbound
rates and will also incur an additional $15 per 100lbs ($25 min) storage if
shipment is not routed or picked up after 3 working days. Prior to 45 days
before the show\3 days following show, fees are $1.25 per 100lbs per day
($35min). On Site container storage for freight brought by exhibitors is $16 per
piece.
shipping charges
In the event that i use On Target Professionals shipping services, I will pay
any additional fees that are assessed by carriers as a result of inaccurate
information provided or through audits performed by carrier. I release On Target
Professionals form any and all liability for shipment and understand that the
carrier provides limited liability Aden will conform to their terms and
conditions. Carrier terms and conditions can be found on their website.
Rental Items
All rental items remain the property of On Target Professionals. Rental items
must be returned in the same condition they are received in. If items are lost
or damaged, your company will be charged the replacement cost. A replacement
cost assessment will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy
The policy for cancellations will be followed based on the structure below: -30
days = 0% refund 31-60 days = 50% refund 61 - 90 days = 75% refund +90 days =
100% refund refunds are subject to limitations based on the product or service
ordered or requested. There are products that are non refundable due to their
nature. Web related services, consulting, labor or custom order items are
non-refundable.
Pricing
Discount rate will be honored up to three (3) weeks prior to the show date.
Regular rate will apply to all shipments, orders, and requests received after
that date.
Logistics, Drayage, Material Handling, Carpenter /
Decorator Labor
All calls for carpenters require a 1 hr minimum call per laborer, billable in
1/2 hour increments after the first hour. Some labor calls require a 2-man
minimum call for 4-hours minimum per laborer. Call may require up to 4 laborers.
Electricity Information
Rates for electrical connections cover the service of bringing electricity to
the booth and does not include connecting motors or special wiring. Connections
from the outlet to your equipment are to be made by your own portable cord. All
portable cords must be of the three (3) wire grounded type per the National
Electrical Code. The NEC requires that all exposed non-current carrying parts of
equipment, which are liable to be energized, shall be grounded. Portable cords
must be rated for the current they will be carrying. Cords made of zip cord
(lamp cord) will not be permitted.
Internet Information
Rates for Internet Access covers the service of bringing access into your booth
and does not include special wiring.
Phone Information
Rates for Phone Access covers the service of bringing access into your booth and
does not include special wiring.
Overtime Charges:
Overtime charges may apply on INBOUND shipments if: Your shipment is to be
delivered to your booth before 8:00AM or after 4:30PM on weekdays, or anytime
Saturday, Sunday and/or Holiday. Your shipment is delivered to the show site
before 8:00AM or after 4:30PM on weekdays, or anytime on a Saturday, Sunday
and/or Holiday. A vehicle driver checks in at the Exhibit check-in after 3:00PM
on weekdays, or anytime Saturday, Sunday and/or Holiday. Overtime charges may
apply on OUTBOUND shipments if: Your shipment is loaded after 4:30PM on
weekdays, or anytime on a Saturday, Sunday and/or Holiday. Your carrier driver
checks in at the Exhibit check-in after 3:00PM on weekdays, or anytime Saturday,
Sunday and/or Holiday.
Payment Method/Credit Card Information
A credit card or account number on file is required for all exhibitor orders. I
authorize On Target Professionals, to charge any additional amounts incurred by
either my show representative or myself, including material handling and labor
charges. If my credit card is declined or charged back, there will be a $35.00
